The Ultimate Ink Challenge is run by Painless Tattoo. Using this site is covered by Painless Tattoo’s terms of service, and what we do with your information is covered by our privacy page and Painless Tattoo’s privacy policy.
Entering the contest is covered by the official rules: who can enter, what you have to submit, how entries are judged, and the prizes. You agree to them when you submit an entry, and the version you agreed to is recorded with your entry.
